What changed, and when.

1. 2 Aug 2026 platform

   The site past the homepage

   • Published the pricing, coverage, API reference, FAQ, payments, support, status and policy pages. Until today every one of them was a 404 linked from the footer.
   • Coverage now states the three facts separately — the route exists, the sender ID survives it, replies can come back — instead of collapsing them into one tick.
   • The status page probes the ledger, the sending pipeline and the payment network on load, and reports a component it cannot reach as unmeasurable rather than green.
   • Support takes messages without an email address: the form returns a reference the way account creation returns a token, and sets no cookie to do it.
   • Country calling codes on the coverage table are derived from the same prefix table that routes a real number, so the two cannot drift apart.
2. 30 Jul 2026 platform

   Deposits, replies and the ledger

   • Crypto deposits moved onto the live payment orchestrator: a real address, an exact amount, a 30-minute window and a QR code, replacing the simulated flow.
   • Underpayment became a state rather than a failure — the address stays open and the page shows the remainder still owed instead of the original total.
   • A deposit paid after its window closes is now reconciled by hand instead of landing on a dead page.
   • Two-way messaging: inbound numbers on 49 destinations, with replies delivered to the dashboard and to webhooks.
   • Internal payment codes stopped leaking into the interface. Deposits are labelled the way a wallet labels them — “USDT TRC-20 on TRON”, never the routing code behind it.
3. 29 Jul 2026 pricing

   Launch

   • WorldSMS opened with a published rate card of 236 destinations, each one priced individually rather than banded.
   • Second price pass on the day of launch: every destination set to 49% of the cheapest published no-KYC quote for that route — 51% under it — floored at $0.0030.
   • The cheapest competing quote is printed next to ours on every line, so the claim is auditable instead of asserted.
   • Accounts are a browser-generated token and its hash. No email address, no password, and nothing about a customer for us to hold or hand over.
   • Dashboard, ledger, campaign composer, list upload and API keys — balances in integer micro-dollars, because a rate of $0.0044 rounds away in cents.

Rate changes are the ones worth watching: when a destination's price moves, it moves on the rate card the same day and is listed here. Breaking API changes would ship as a new version prefix, never as a change to /v1.
